Level AV without borders

Categorised and verified technicians in every country, so a Spanish company can install abroad and a foreign company can install in Spain with the same confidence as in its own city.

The audiovisual sector has been international for a long time now. A Spanish hotel chain opens in Lisbon and wants the same screens it has in Madrid. A German brand rolls out its signage across its stores in Valencia. A manufacturer wins a project with sites in three countries. Projects cross borders naturally; trust does not.

Because when an integrator leaves its own territory, it loses at a stroke the thing that makes it effective at home: its network. Abroad it does not know the technicians, does not know who is good, has nobody to ask. The options available today look far too similar to each other: send its own people, with flights, hotels and expenses for work a local technician would finish in a morning; or trust a contact of a contact, with no references and fingers crossed. And exactly the same thing happens, in mirror image, to the foreign company that needs to install in Spain.

Our idea is for trust to travel with the platform. Level AV could have categorised and verified technicians in every country where it operates, to the same standard everywhere: the same specialisation categories, the same experience levels, the same ratings from real jobs, the same profile verification before appearing in the directory. A verified profile in Porto would say exactly the same as a verified profile in Seville, and it would mean the same thing. Looking for a videowall technician in Lisbon would be as reliable as looking for one in your own province.

With that, a Spanish integrator could take on the project with sites abroad that it turns down today, and deliver it with verified local technicians instead of exporting vans. And a foreign company installing in Spain would find the platform's technicians here, with their reputation in plain sight. For technicians the border would work both ways: those here would get work from international companies that today do not even know they exist, and the reputation they earned work order by work order would count abroad too.

We will be honest: this is the most ambitious idea on this list. Every country has its own particularities and we are not going to pretend that expanding is a matter of pressing a button. If we build it, it would go country by country, starting where the sector gives us the strongest signal, and without watering down verification in order to grow faster: an international directory is only worth something if you can trust every profile inside it.

That is why this poll matters to us especially. If you work on projects outside Spain, or you would like to be able to take them on, tell us below. And if you are a company from abroad reading this, we are listening to you too.

Your turn. One click and you help us decide.
