For tech companies

Your people. Your areas.
Your work orders.

There are two ways to have technicians, on payroll or as a roster of trusted freelancers, and plenty of companies have both. In Level AV that is one single thing, a tech company, and the work lands there.

Where you fit in Level AV

Your payroll covers your area. Your externals reach where it doesn't.

In the area where you have people on payroll, you go. In the provinces where you don't but you do know trusted freelancers, they go. For the integrator asking for a crew the result is the same: somebody turns up.

That is why your coverage doesn't end where your payroll ends.

How the work reaches you

When they need a crew, not a person, they look for you.

When looking for who will carry out a work order, the integrator sees the freelancers in the area and, alongside them, the tech companies. You are not competing for the same thing: a freelancer is picked from their profile, you are picked when several coordinated people and a single point of contact are what's needed.

  • You show up by area when they look for a crew near a project, the company is in the results.
  • The company is hired not one specific person on the team.
  • The relationship is yours the integrator talks to you, as they always have.
  • Traceability per work order every order handled is tied to the company that resolved it.

Crew requests

The integrator asks for a number. You put in the people.

When an integrator needs technicians in the area, a crew request comes in with how many are needed, for what job and when. It gets accepted or declined, and you choose the crew.

  • They ask for a number, not a person the integrator states how many technicians the work order needs.
  • You decide who goes from your payroll, from your freelance roster, or mixing both.
  • Accept or decline if the date or the area doesn't work, you decline and that's it.
  • Everything in one place client, location, date and job details, with no calls or stray emails.

Employees are added from the panel; freelancers are invited by email and accept from their own account. Availability, ratings and specialties for everyone, on the same screen.

  • Employees and externals, one panel they sit together even though their link to you differs.
  • The freelancer accepts you invite by email and they decide whether to let you represent them.
  • Clear status pending, active or revoked, from their side or yours.
  • Internal filters skill, area, level and last activity.

Crew assignment

You assign your own, one acts as lead.

You pick how many and who goes. One acts as lead on site and the rest go with them. Each of them works from their own login.

  • One lead per work order the one who coordinates on site and closes the delivery note.
  • The rest, as crew the whole team stays linked to that job.
  • Every technician with their own login they sign in with their account and see what they've been assigned.
  • The integrator doesn't pick people they hire your company, not anyone in particular.

Coverage by area

Areas are declared once, and the directory does the rest.

Your directory card shows which of your territories match the project the integrator is putting together, and how many active technicians are behind it. They know what to expect before writing.

  • Your areas, on the card the integrator sees which of your territories match their project.
  • And the size of the crew a total of active technicians, worked out automatically and not kept by hand.
  • Integrators in your area see it you show up when they look for a crew near a project.

On site

On site the work runs on delivery notes and digital signatures

Your company's people use the same app as every other technician: check-in on site, photos, installation checklist and the client's signature on the phone. The delivery note is closed and traceable, with no paperwork.

Traceability

Every work order carries the company's name.

The order is marked with the company that handled it: in the integrator's panel, in the order itself and on the delivery note. Nobody has to remember who resolved it.

  • The company, on every work order a full audit of what you have handled.
  • Stamped on the PDF delivery note the end client also sees who handled it.
  • Your own metrics how many orders closed with your people this month.

Integrators choose a company on reputation. Level AV gives you the metrics that matter, and shows them exactly when they are deciding.

  • Average rating the average of the ratings from the work orders you handle.
  • Acceptance rate what share of requests you end up accepting.
  • Response time how long you take to confirm.
  • Visible to integrators at the moment of choosing.

Your people are yours

Nobody poaches your crew through Level AV.

Your edge is the people you spent years bringing together. This is exactly what an integrator sees of each of them:

  • Your employees don't show up as individual profiles. The integrator sees your company, the areas that match their project and how many technicians you have in total. You coordinate the people.
  • The freelancers on your roster don't show up by name. The integrator still knows somebody is available with the skills they need, but reaches them through you. While they are on your roster that holds, with no exceptions: a technician who wants to appear by name and with their own ratings has to unlink.

And the other way round, the other half of the deal: your company has no access to the public directory of freelancers. No tech company does. It is the only way freelancers trust the platform, and the only way nobody's roster becomes fishing ground. If you need new people, you invite them by email, as always. Level AV doesn't help you harvest; Level AV helps you operate.

Zero access to the public directory.·No exceptions.

No cost

The tech company account is free.

Adding your people, receiving requests from integrators, assigning crew, seeing availability through the synced calendar and closing delivery notes with a signature costs you nothing. You are on the side that puts the people in and does the work, and that side pays no subscription in Level AV.

Free doesn't mean "for now". There is no paid tier waiting for you further down the line, and no feature of yours that one day moves behind a wall. The platform is paid for by the integrator who hires you.

Free account.·No fee, no lock-in, no card.
