Find a technician where you have nobody,
without switching software.

A job lands in a province where you know no one, and you lose three days on WhatsApp asking who knows who. Here you describe the job, see for free how many technicians fit, and pay only for the searches you use.

No card, and nobody has to approve you. Counting how many fit costs nothing.

Why this exists

Already got your management software? Keep it.

For months we heard the same sentence on calls: "finding technicians, that I need. But I already have my software, my office knows how to use it, and I'm not changing it." And they were right. Switching tools when yours works isn't an upgrade, it's a bad month: migrating data, retraining the office, absorbing the complaints of the first few weeks. Nobody goes through that to solve something that happens three or four times a year.

Their problem isn't management. Their problem is that job in a province where they have nobody. So we split that part off: you can use only that, paying per job, and keep running your projects where you run them today.

How it works

  • 1

    Create a free account

Company name, your work email and a password. No approval queue and no card.

  • 2

    Describe the job

Where it is, what day and what needs doing. Two lines are enough: it's all the technician sees when deciding whether to say yes. If you want, narrow it down: specialities, required certifications, minimum vehicle, level, minimum rating and how far you'll have them travel.

  • 3

See how many fit, for free

We tell you how many technicians cover that area and how many also meet what you ticked. You pay nothing and you don't see anyone's profile yet. If there's nobody, you find out before you spend.

  • 4

Spend one search and the area opens

You get three full profiles, ordered by how close they are to the site. The search opens that area, 25 km around the site of the job, and it doesn't expire: you can change the filters and look again as often as you like without spending another.

  • 5

Ask about availability and each one decides

They get your job and accept, decline or reply with a price. You can ask all three. When one of them quotes you, you see who they are and you talk in the chat.

If the ones you ask say no, or don't answer, we give the search back. Automatically, without you asking.

How you choose

You choose on what they can do,
not on who you happen to know.

There are no names on the three profiles. They read "Technician 1", "Technician 2" and "Technician 3". Underneath is what actually decides whether they suit your job:

  • Their specialities and their level: Mid, Senior or Expert.
  • Which of your required certifications they hold, and which they're missing.
  • What vehicle they have.
  • How far they are from the site and how much ground they cover.
  • Their rating, if they've already closed jobs here.
  • Their hourly rate and travel charge, if they've published them.

The name and the photo appear when they reply with a price, which is when they've decided they want the work. Until you ask them, they don't know who you are either.

Why it's built this way, plainly

A technician who has work doesn't put himself on a list of phone numbers that anyone can download. There is no list here: nobody sees his name until he answers, so showing up costs him nothing. And that gives you something a database doesn't. You compare three profiles on what they do, not on which one rings a bell.

This isn't anonymity for ever, and it isn't a privacy promise: the moment they quote you, you see who they are, and from there you talk like in any other deal.

What it costs

1 search

29

To try it on a real job.

5 searches

99

€19.80 each.

10 searches

179

€17.90 each.

One-off payment. VAT not included. Searches don't expire.

One search is one job and one area: it opens the 25 km around the site, and inside that you can refine the filters and look again without spending another.

You can create the account, describe the job and see how many fit before buying anything.

What it isn't

This is a narrow door, on purpose. A search account lets you describe jobs, see the profiles, ask about availability and talk in the chat with whoever accepts. That's it.

It doesn't include projects, scheduling, digital delivery notes, safety documentation or team management. If what you want is to run your operation here, that's the plans. See the plans

And it isn't cheaper. Per search it costs more than the subscription, on purpose. What you're paying for is not committing.

Questions

Do I have to drop my management software?

No. This doesn't touch your operation: here you only describe the job and search. Your projects, your paperwork and your invoices stay where they are.

What if there's no technician in that area?

You see it before paying. Counting how many fit is free, and if there's nobody we tell you right there. We don't offer you a blind search.

How long does a technician take to answer?

We don't control that and we're not going to promise it. What we do control: each request lives seven days, we remind them after 48 hours, and if the deadline passes with no answer it counts as a no.

What if all three say no?

We give the search back, without you asking. And the area stays open: you can see the next three without spending another.

Can I ask all three at once?

Yes. And when you close with one, the others get a neutral message and close by themselves.

When do I see the name and the phone number?

The name and the photo, when they reply with a price. The phone and the email, once you're already talking.

Do searches expire?

No. Buy five, use one in March and the other four are still there in October.

Can I change the filters after paying?

Yes, and it doesn't spend another search. As long as the site of the job doesn't move more than 25 km, that area is already paid for.

What if the technician is represented by a company?

It says so on their profile. In that case you ask the company and it answers for them.

Start by counting. It's free.

Create the account, describe the job that's on your desk right now and see how many technicians fit. If you don't like what you see, you haven't spent anything.

No card. No approval queue. No switching software.
