As part of our commitment to helping our clients get the most from their audio video systems, Level Audio Video offers an orientation service free of charge on all new installations. Typically a half-hour in length, during this session we will guide you through the use of your new system, ensuring it is set-up exactly as you want and you are familiar with all of its features.

We are also happy to provide orientation and adjustment services on audio video systems that we have not installed. Such services are offered at a reasonable hourly rate. Please contact us for more information.
