About Us - Level Audio Video

Level Audio Video is a new name, but our story is now more than a decade old. Founded in 1996 by owners Derek and Carole Luce, Derek Luce General Renovations began as a firm dedicated to providing quality electrical work for home renovations. Over the years we found that many of our clients shared our passion for high-end home audio and video. They also needed specific expertise seamlessly integrating home theatre components in their renovation plans. We were eager to help. Before long, clients all over the Ottawa region were contacting us to help them get the most out of their audio and video investment.

Our new name reflects our position today as the Ottawa area’s leading provider of custom audio and video installations. Fully registered and insured, with the knowledge, expertise and experience to handle complex jobs at any phase of construction—from consultation to pre-wiring, to installation of audio and video equipment—our clients turn to us when only the best will do.
